24/7 Breakdown Call Support

Should something unexpected happen then we will endeavour to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. Many of our control systems can be accessed remotely and we would hopefully be able to rectify many electrical control issues without site attendance.

 

We have a dedicated hotline which is staffed 24 hours a day which means that assistance is available immediately to help determine and rectify the problem. If a service engineer is required on site, we will endeavour to send an engineer from one of our service centres to you as quickly as possible.

Routine Maintenance

To ensure our systems and solution continue to run as reliably as possible, we offer a comprehensive and flexible range of preventative maintenance contracts.

 

Following the installation of a system we will carry out a full audit of the process line and suggest a tailored service package to suit your individual requirements. Our skilled team of service engineers will visit your site to carry out preventative maintenance to maximise the performance of the line, improve equipment performance, and spot any potential future issues with mechanical and electrical elements.

Remote Customer Support (Software Support)

At L-A-C, our remote platform for software support enables a fast response to your system needs, saving hours of potential downtime for our valued customers. Our intelligent software enables us to provide secure, non-intrusive connectivity between computers and your production line allowing live-feed data connection to be displayed and assessed remotely. Typically, over 80% of system faults can be diagnosed and resolved this way. Additionally, our software support service can be further enhanced using additional hardware which allows us to monitor, fault-find and modify from our facility in Nottingham. 

Spare Parts

All mechanical equipment will require various components to be replaced now and again. After the installation of our equipment, you will be provided with a full list of recommended spare parts so that they are available on site as and when components ware out, or in exceptional circumstances, fail. 

 

We design commonality of parts usage where possible, enabling us to stock parts that are interchangeable between systems. Many of the sub-assemblies, drives, bearings, and belts we use are common to many of our systems and so we carry a stock of spares on our premises. This allows us to deliver direct to your site, to get you up and running as quickly as possible. We also offer a service to store critical spare components at our facility, should you not have access to a secure maintenance department.
