This week has seen the completion of a new S bend flush top modular belt conveyor. The conveyor has been designed by our new designer engineer Alex, and has been manufactured with help from our new welder Ash, and will be installed at the weekend. Thanks to all the new staff pulling together on this one!

LAC Conveyors - Stainless Steel Belt Conveyor

Having just left production this motorised conveyor is intended to replace an existing gravity conveyor that was slowing down production in a food production facility. As can be seen from the photos it's a stainless steel belt conveyor that protrudes through the ceiling and onto the floor above and we are confident will boost production within the facility. Currently under production are a series of conveyors for one of the major producers of doughnuts in the UK. Produced to a high food industry specification and featuring several advanced components including a water jet cleaner, air knife and extendible belt conveyor, this proved a challenge for our design team, but after a few hard weeks we are all very pleased with the final results, photos to follow shortly.
