L.A.C. Conveyors Systems are producing a Belt Elevator Conveyor, this conveyor will be self managing as it incorporates stop / start controls at both ends. The controls will receive a signal from the electric cells 'magic eyes' (supplied by others) to stop or start the conveyor, dependant on product in / out put.

The conveyor from start holds a load of 100kg and operates at a line speed of 12mtrs per minute, using an industry standard 3 phase motor. The conveyor belt is supported by an MDF skid base and the belt itself is 500mm wide PVC green grip face belt.
