L.A.C. (Food Industry) Conveyors Limited - Elevator Conveyors moving 'Tea'

L.A.C. (Food Industry) Conveyors is currently manufacturing 4 units for a Tea Bag producer in the North West.

The 6 meter long Elevator conveyors are to replace the clients existing units which where original manufactured (by another supplier) using mild steel. Due to the abrasive content which inhabits 'Tea' the conveyors are now being engineered using stainless steel.

The belts that will be running these conveying systems are 'Endless Flighted PU Belts' and in this instance the client requires  the return roller to be designed as a quick release unit, to enable them to remove the belt for maintenance and cleaning purposes.
